Pure Gold
Job makes three statements based on faith amid suffering he experienced. Three things are about God. But before we start to discuss it more further, lets take a look to the related passage as the reference.
But he knows the way that I take;
when he has tested me, I will come forth as gold.
(Job 23:10)
Why Job saying that in above passage? lets conclude it into three ways as mention below:
First: The Lord knows my situation – Because he knows the way of my life.
Second: I believe God was testing me – if he tested me.
Third: I believe after the trial is over, He will bless me with His way – I shall come forth as gold.
Job does not deny that he is a natural temptation, but he saw the distant past trials. God knows. God will reward. That’s what Job’s trust.
Is not amazing revelation possessed Job? But if he can get the knowledge of God is so deep and so fast to the faith that if it does not suffer? It’s impossible! Need a hot fire to purify gold, as well as human life must pass through suffering to be purified and appeared as a person that is pleasing to God.
Everyone must pass the exam on their own lives, and each has a different portion. But all the same purpose, all the suffering that we passed when we take very properly will make us get to know God and become a better person. So, let’s take this day to imitate the attitude of Job, though he had lost all his possessions he had not the slightest blame God.
